QUAD BIKE PARTIES New for
Summer 2010 Emporium Parties Quad Bike Racing Parties A fun party for children aged 6-12yrs Our Quad bikes and inflatable quad bike racing tracks are suitable for any event, from Birthday parties, school fetes, boot fairs, charity events to name but a few, any event that has enough space ideally 40ft x 60ft we can provide our trained team to setup, supervise and run your quad biking event. Our trained team will ensure all guests have a fun-tastic and safe time.
Party Formats All of our parties begin with a safety briefing, our team explain the rules and how to safely use the equipment. We use age appropriate explanations and will not let any child ride a Quad bike until we are 100% sure that the children know how to safely use the quads and drive safely around our inflatable track. The children then get to have a short practice run around the track to become confident in using the quad bikes. This is done in groups of 2-3 children. We then begin our time trial again in teams of 2-3 children, at the end of the time trials children will be put into teams of 2-3 to start their heats. This is done fairly by putting children with similar time trials in the same group. Heats begin with each group getting to race around the track 3 times. The winner from each group will get to ride again against the winners of other heats. The party ends with the victory lap by the birthday child and the guests singing Happy Birthday. Every guest will receive a certificate and the winner and birthday child will receive a trophy or winners medal.
Party Costs additional travel charges may apply depending on your location 1 hour party suitable for up to 9 children £200.00 2 hour party up to 15 children £250.00 3 hour party up to 21 kids £350.00 If you would prefer us to attend and just supervise the quad bike riding and not run races and competitions with prizes the cost will be £175.00 for 1 hour, £225.00 for 2 hours, £300.00 for 3 hours. The numbers will not be limited for these parties however please do bear in mind that too many children will result in less riding time on the quad bikes and some children may not get to have a turn. General Information Safety is of the utmost important at all of our parties, we understand that children will be excited about the prospect of riding the Quads. If you have a large number of children attending the children will have to wait a while for their turn, we advise you to have something suitable for them to do whilst waiting. The children remain your responsibility throughout the party and although we will advise and supervise the children whilst they are on the Quads we are not childminders. Any child not adhering to our safety policy will not be permitted to drive a quad.

Parties can be run from 1hr
to 3hrs and can be structured to include team races and prizes. Or you may just
want our team to arrive and supervise the children as they take their turns to
drive around our fun inflatable quad bike racing track. Whatever Quad bike
experience you prefer for your child's party we can guarantee everyone will have
a fantastic time. All of our staff are given training on the quad bikes and take
an in house exam on risk assessment before attending parties. They always carry
our risk assessments at every venue. We have 5million pounds public liability
insurance and our team are CRB checked, all of our electrical equipment is pat
tested.
