Credit Crunch Hints & Tips

 

We have listed below some "credit crunch" hints and tips.

  • Why not share your party with another child who has a birthday close to yours

  • Do food boxes or plates already made up as this saves on food

  • If you are having disco style entertainment, you can cut back on decorations

  • Have sweet filled party bags or give children a small inexpensive wrapped gift 

  • Hold your party for a smaller number of children and have the party at home

  • If you are hiring a venue, shop around for the best priced halls.  Halls can vary in price from £2.50 per hour upto £50 per hour.

  • Buying plain coloured tableware is cheaper than themed tableware or mix and match

  • Shop around for entertainers.  Check to see what they include in their packages for example not all entertainers provide pass the parcels and prizes.

  • Please remember that cheaper is not always better.  Always ask lots of questions and go with your gut feeling.
